A full audit identified leakage points across the journey from initial enquiry to lease signing. Strategic recommendations addressed the gaps, tightening handoffs between teams, improving tracking and visibility at each stage, optimising the use of their technology stack, and ensuring the sales experience aligned consistently with the brand's positioning.
