Our Story

Projects of Place was founded in 2013 by Caitlin Ure, a business and marketing strategist, leader and entrepreneur, with more than 20 years’ experience leading projects and teams, internationally.

Caitlin’s ability to simplify and articulate complex and visionary concepts into action plans has seen her successfully direct and deliver ambitious projects in highly competitive markets for some of the most recognised and awarded property developers and brands in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Driven to identify innovative market opportunities and leverage brand distinction to optimise commercial outcomes, Caitlin leads projects with ingenuity, is highly resourceful and results-driven and hits the ground running in a variety of environments, from start-ups to large corporations.

With a career spanning entire economic and development cycles, highlighted by inspiring schemes, bold brands and global relationships, ultimately Caitlin’s greatest sense of achievement is in her contribution to the development of the people she works with.

Previously an added value Caitlin brought to her work through management advisory and leadership of project teams, mentoring and coaching has now become an in-demand service in its own right.

POP teaches individuals and teams how to approach their work strategically, optimising brand and marketing performance to create value for corporate stakeholders, while at the same time, add value to their own careers.

Caitlin has evolved POP into a platform of strategic advisory and resources that add tangible value to property businesses, and the individuals who lead them.

Originally from Melbourne, Caitlin founded Projects of Place in London in 2013, relocated to Lisbon in 2018, and opened an office in Sydney.
