Identifying an opportunity in the market for a new style of agency that raised the bar on aesthetics, marketing and service, Projects of Place helped to broker the arrival of Stockholm-based Fantastic Frank Real Estate to Portugal, launching its first office in Lisbon in 2021.

We developed the market entry strategy and multi-channel marketing and communications plan, positioning Fantastic Frank Lisbon to capture design-conscious buyers and earn credibility with the creative community. Our approach focused on building recognition with tastemakers—architects, designers, and cultural influencers—to establish the brand as the definitive choice for design-led property.

As retained in-house operations and marketing lead during the launch year, we worked closely with the franchisee and Swedish founders to establish quality standards, operational frameworks, and team protocols that would maintain Fantastic Frank's global brand reputation while scaling locally. Fantastic Frank Lisbon quickly gained recognition as the leading design-focused agency in the Portuguese market.
