Projects of Place was retained by A2 Dominion Group on behalf of FABRICA to provide interim marketing leadership across their portfolio of five residential developments for market sale in London.

Our role provided strategic oversight and project management leadership to the FABRICA marketing team, ensuring continuity and momentum across all live schemes. We delivered experienced property marketing leadership, troubleshooting project challenges and supporting the team to make informed decisions on brand, marketing, and communications strategy.

Through weekly team leadership, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly strategic planning sessions, we maintained accountability, tracked progress against objectives, and provided the guidance needed to keep all projects on course during a critical transition period.
