POP was recently appointed to help define the vision, brand experience and marketing strategy for a luxury hotel and branded residences scheme, overlooking iconic Sydney Harbour.

The world-class development is positioned to be Australia’s most luxurious destination for local and international guests, providing activated amenity to the community while offering a discreet and effortless lifestyle to private residents.

Inspired by global best practice in product design, amenity, wellness innovation and personal services, the scheme proposes a state-of-the-art wellness club alongside destination hospitality venues and retail concepts.

Branded residences are a relatively new concept for the Australian market, therefore communications and marketing plans require due consideration, while the product and service offering is meticulously crafted to optimise the unique opportunities provided by the location and desires of future residents.
