Sweden’s Fantastic Frank arrives in Lisbon

Identifying an opportunity in the market for a new style of agency that raised the bar on aesthetics, marketing and service, Projects of Place helped to facilitate the arrival of Stockholm-based Fantastic Frank Real Estate to Portugal, launching it’s first office in Lisbon, in 2021.

With a clear understanding of the brand’s target audiences and future ambassadors, a multi-channel marketing and communications strategy helped Fantastic Frank Lisbon quickly gain recognition from the local and international design community and property- hunters alike as the go-to for design-led property in Portugal.

Projects of Place provided strategic marketing and operations consultancy to the Lisbon team for its first year in operation, working closely with the Swedish founders to set the benchmark for quality that the brand is renowned for and to set a framework for the growing Lisbon team to be guided by.

Fantastic Frank Lisbon sells property throughout Portugal, with a focus on Lisbon and surrounding áreas including Cascais and Comporta. The Lisbon office is a proud member of the larger Fantastic Frank family, founded in 2010 in Stockholm and since then expanding throughout Europe into cities including Barcelona, Ibiza, Berlin, Frankfurt and Copenhagen.
