CASE STUDY

Defining the vision, communications and activation strategy for a new London cultural destination.

The historic Grade II listed Hammersmith Town Hall is undergoing a complete restoration and evolution to become an iconic new public facility, sitting at the centre of the new 'Civic Campus' masterplan.

Designed by renowned architectural firm RSHP, Civic Campus is a new arts, cultural, business, government and community quarter where panoramic roof gardens and new public squares sit alongside a cinema, performance venues, gallery space, shops, workspaces and new homes.

Scheduled to open to the public in Summer 2024, Projects of Place worked closely with the Leader of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham to define the scheme’s vision and purpose, then devise a cohesive marketing, communications and activation strategy to clearly articulate and bring to life the vision for the scheme, while supporting the commercial objectives of the stakeholders and building excitement and anticipation ahead of it's public launch.

Projects of Place has been retained to the project to provide ongoing brand guardianship and strategic marketing advisory.
