Strategic market research & trends - luxury branded resort residences

Projects of Place was invited by a renowned branded residences expert consultancy to collaborate on a comprehensive strategic market benchmarking study for a private developer, to inform the strategy for a future luxury hotel-branded residential resort in Greece.

The purpose of the report was to study the range of amenities and services being provided in exemplary luxury residential and branded residential developments globally and to further consider which of those features should be implemented in the client’s luxury villa project.

The report defined the project positioning and buyer profile, and provided a comprehensive market study of trends, innovations, essential and non-essential amenities and services, together with project-specific recommendations for inclusions considered to be value accretive.

The recommended features were then contextualised within the brand promise of the future resort operator, to ensure alignment with the standards and ethos of the luxury hospitality brand.
