Projects of Place was founded in 2013 by Caitlin Ure, a business and brand strategist who has spent over 20 years turning residential vision into commercial advantage.
Her expertise lies in uncovering what makes a project genuinely distinctive—then building the brand, marketing, and communications strategies that transform that distinction into market advantage. Specialising in residential-led and mixed-use developments, she consistently delivers premium positioning and commercial success in highly competitive markets globally.
Caitlin's ability to cut through complexity and build actionable strategies has made her the trusted partner for industry leaders and trailblazers setting new standards in residential development, across both mid-market and luxury sectors. With a background in business management and operations, Caitlin is experienced at building and leading high-performing teams and executing complex strategies at pace. Caitlin's mentorship and development of teams and individuals led to the creation of "The Career Strategy Framework," a leadership training course teaching property professionals a methodology that adds real value to their projects and careers.
Originally from Melbourne, Caitlin founded Projects of Place in London before relocating to Lisbon in 2018, where she continues to lead global projects.
